I’ve often noticed how different my mind feels depending on what I’m doing. When I’m deeply relaxed, there’s a sense of ease and clarity. It’s almost like my thoughts are flowing in slow motion. But when I’m doing multiple tasks at once, my brain is buzzing and all over the place. It feels like my mind is running in circles and struggling to keep up. There are also those magical moments when ideas just pour out effortlessly, like the pieces suddenly click into place. Or those times when I’m driving: suddenly I “wake up” and realize I’ve been on the road for half an hour, already almost at my destination, without remembering much of the journey. It’s as if was on autopilot the whole time. Maybe you’ve experienced that too, so weird right! I always was fascinated by this and wondered why these shifts felt so dramatic. I learned now, that they’re not random at all. They’re actually reflections of the electrical rhythms happening inside the brain, so called brain waves.

Confidence has long been viewed as a fixed trait, something you either have or you don’t. But modern psychology and coaching reveal a new perspective now: confidence is flexible, adaptable and deeply connected to mindset. This evolving concept, which I like to call Prime Confidence, reflects a resilient form of self-belief grounded in mental flexibility and self-compassion. It’s a type of confidence that thrives even when faced with uncertainty, failure or change. What’s fascinating is how this modern view shifts the conversation from “proving yourself” to knowing yourself. Prime Confidence isn’t about boasting or overestimating your abilities. It’s more about embracing an inner steadiness that let you navigate challenges without losing your sense of worth. Rapid change and unpredictability define the world we live in today. Strength alone is no longer enough in work and life: what’s truly needed is adaptability.

In 2025, relationships are more complex than ever. Emotional labor is unspoken, digital intimacy is normalized and the line between support and self-sacrifice has become increasingly blurred. In this environment, codependency has taken on new, subtle forms, and many people don’t even realize they’re caught in its grip. Maybe this is the first time you’ve heard the term codependency. Or maybe you’ve heard it in passing but aren’t quite sure what it really means. Don’t worry, we’ll explain it to you in this article. By the end, you’ll not only know what it is, but also how to recognize it in yourself or others and what you can do to break free from it. So keep reading!

Anxiety, depression and disconnection have become widespread and are things we all have to deal with in nowadays society. Especially among young adults, who face a lot of pressures around identity, career, social media and uncertainty about the future. Traditional therapies and medications can help, but for many, they fall short of addressing the root causes of their suffering. More and more people are turning to psilocybin therapy, an ancient solution now backed by modern science. Psilocybin, the active compound in magic mushrooms and truffles, is showing extraordinary promise as a tool for mental, emotional and even spiritual healing. Whether this is your first time hearing about psilocybin or you’ve come across it before, don’t worry. We’ll explain it for you in simple language so you can understand exactly what it is and how it works.

You probably recognize the following situation: a teenager slumped on the couch, eyes glued to a smartphone, fingers flying across the screen for hours. Completely forgetting the world around them, inattentive to time, family or even hunger. While scenes like this have become commonplace in modern households, they signal a deeper issue that many parents underestimate: screen addiction in teens.Recent studies show that the average teenager spends more than 7 hours per day on screens for entertainment alone, this does not include time spent on schoolwork. The COVID-19 pandemic further accelerated this trend, normalizing excessive screen usage as a coping mechanism for boredom, stress and isolation. Experts now warn that what started as necessity during lockdowns has, for many, evolved into compulsive habits that are difficult to break.

Dr. Joe Dispenza is a name that resonates deeply in the worlds of personal transformation and mind-body healing. His path from a traditional chiropractor to a global figure in neuroscience and personal development is nothing short of inspiring. What sets Dr. Dispenza apart is his determined belief in the power of the mind to influence the body. And this is not just on a psychological level, but also on a neurobiological and quantum level. His teachings and scientific approach have sparked a revolution in how we think about healing, consciousness and personal growth. He is not your ordinairy doctor, because he dares to think (literally) out of the box. His own personal story sounds like a true miracle. After overcoming a life-threatening spinal injury through sheer mental focus and meditation (and without undergoing surgery), Dr. Dispenza’s mission became clear. To explore the connection between mindset, emotional energy and self-healing. He has since developed a series of groundbreaking techniques and guided meditations that allow someone to reprogram their brains, overcome past traumas and even heal from chronic illnesses.

The Circle of Influence is a powerful psychological framework that empowers us to reclaim mental clarity and emotional energy. It’s about regaining control, taking the lead in your own life, and focusing on the things you can actually change. Rooted in proactive psychology and popularized by Stephen R. Covey, it distinguishes between what we care about (the Circle of Concern) and what we can directly influence. By shifting our mindset to focus on what we can control (our habits, thoughts, responses, and daily choices) we strengthen emotional intelligence and reclaim our personal power. When you fully implement this concept, your decisions become more intentional, your boundaries stronger and your stress levels will dramatically decrease. It will change your mindset from helplessness to one of capability. It's about letting go of what you can’t change and stepping into personal leadership over what is within your control.

We live in a hyper-connected but emotionally disconnected world and many of us are operating on autopilot. Saying “yes” when we mean “no,” giving out of guilt or receiving out of obligation. We’ve been taught to value productivity over presence, compliance over communication and politeness over personal truth. It’s no wonder so many of us struggle with boundaries, burn out in our relationships or feel unseen and unheard, even by those closest to us. I’ve seen it in therapy sessions. I’ve felt it in my own life. And chances are, you’ve felt it too. That’s where the Wheel of Consent comes in.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of feeling like life is happening to us rather than for us. This mindset is closely tied to avoiding responsibility because we convince ourselves that certain things are simply out of our control. We begin to believe that we’re helpless, that we are victims of our circumstances. You say to yourself: “Don’t blame me, I can’t help it.” This belief keeps us stuck in a cycle of powerlessness and prevents us from taking the steps needed to make a change. This explains how the victim mindset is tied to a lack of responsibility and the illusion of helplessness. By not taking responsibility and ownership, you essentially give away your power, allowing external circumstances to control your life rather than you steering it.
