1. Who is this coaching for?
Our coaching is for anyone ready to grow. Especially young adults navigating life transitions like burnout, career shifts, identity confusion or lack of motivation or direction. Whether you’re a student, creative, professional or simply feeling stuck, we help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

2. What happens during the free introduction session?
You’ll meet your potential coach in a relaxed, no-pressure call. We’ll explore your goals, challenges and coaching needs. You’ll also get a feel for our approach, and we’ll answer any questions you have. There’s no obligation, just a real conversation.

3. How long is the coaching program?
Our core coaching program lasts 8 weeks, but we adapt based on your goals and pace. Some clients continue after that for deeper transformation or ongoing support.

4. How often are the sessions?
Most clients have one 60-minute session per week, with regular touchpoints via email or short check-ins between sessions. We tailor the rhythm to fit your schedule and energy.

5. Is everything really online?
Yes, 100%. All coaching is conducted via secure video calls and email. That means you can access support from wherever you are. At home, while traveling or in a different time zone.

6. Can I choose my coach?
Yes. You can request a specific coach after reading their profile, or we can match you based on your preferences, goals and personality. We want you to feel understood and supported from day one.

7. What makes your coaching different from therapy or consulting?
We blend coaching, counseling and therapeutic insight. Unlike therapy, we focus more on present and future growth rather than diagnosing or treating mental illness. Unlike consulting, we don’t give advice. We help you find your own answers, aligned with your values and goals.

8. Is coaching confidential?
Absolutely. Everything you share stays between you and your coach. We follow strict confidentiality guidelines and use secure platforms for communication.

9. What if I don’t click with my coach?
We want you to feel safe and understood. If you feel the chemistry isn’t right after the intro session or early sessions, we’re happy to rematch you with another coach. No problem, no pressure.

10. What kind of results can I expect?
Many clients report greater clarity, confidence, emotional resilience and self-awareness. Results vary depending on your commitment, goals and starting point. But meaningful change is always the goal.

11. What if I miss a session or need to reschedule?
We understand life happens. Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule your session at no extra cost.

12. Are your coaches certified?
Yes, all of our coaches are certified through ICF– or NOBCO-accredited institutions. They have completed extensive training and also walk the talk through ongoing personal development.

13. How do I get started?
Simple, book a free introduction session. We’ll talk, explore your needs and match you with the right coach. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

14. Do you offer coaching in other languages than English?
Besides English, we also offer coaching in Dutch and Latvian, depending on coach availability. Just mention your language preference when booking your introduction session.

15. I’m not a young adult. Can I still join the coaching program?
Yes! We work with curious, growth-minded people of all ages. If our approach resonates with you, you’re welcome. Regardless of age.
