CLIENTS SAY
A very pleasant and open conversation. You listen attentively and ask questions, but the coach also let me tell my story/experiences myself. He is also genuinely interested and it is just very pleasant to talk to him. His attitude also makes me feel comfortable to tell my story and open up.
There is a certain approach that the coach had in mind to discuss things according to certain steps, but he doesn’t let this be leading for the conversation. If needed the coach dares to let go of the approach in a very natural way. The coach summarized well, asked the right questions, but above all he pays attention to the person. He also asked specifically for facts and the content of the problem, but without losing sight of the emotions involved. Deliberate attention is paid to both aspects.
I am certainly satisfied. It's just nice to discuss your story/situation with someone who is neutral and asks the right questions.

MotherI experienced the sessions as very pleasant and educational, with a lot of reflection in a relaxed atmosphere. Very open and down to earth. The right questions were asked. The coach managed to take me out of my comfort zone in a relaxed matter and challenged me on points that I perhaps already thought I knew and understood.
I’m now more aware of my own behavior and especially when it pops up. I realize now how quickly you fall into 'old patterns' and what I can do trying to prevent this. Especially good to realize now where it comes from for example: things from your past, the role you learned to adopt as a child in the family system.
I try to consciously pay attention to my own behavior now and the role I take in interactions with others. Especially during conversations where I am unsure and/or situations with stress or tension, it is easy to go back to what you know. Thanks to the coaching, I have gained new tools to practice this and to be aware of what I do and why, and then to change this in a positive way.

Senior Process ManagerI experienced the sessions very positive. It was well organized by the coach, and he took it very seriously. We focused on one key development point for me and used that weakness to explore potential short term and midterm goals.
The coach was very clear on his questions and insights. He provided a calm and trustful atmosphere. I was able to understand his questions and he use the technique to wait for me to complete my sentences and count until 5 seconds after it (that is very good because he can also wait for me to add more information or to share more).
The great part of the goals we develop is that we developed together. He asked open and challenging questions on how achieve this. This really helped me. I become aware of my key development areas. That is also okay to have improvement points and that we need to learn on how to develop them further. It is a long journey, and it is crucial to have a coach or/and sparring partner.

Business ControllerI have to say that the session went exceptionally well and the coach made it easy to deal with everything, taking one step at a time with me, asking questions and explaining all as we went, cause we ended up uncovering some vulnerable truths from my subconscious about me and the relationship with my mother which was a very powerful and a goal achieved from this session that I couldn’t had uncovered if I didn’t feel safe enough to be so vulnerable. Thanks to the professional guidance for such a complex and emotions provoking exercise.
What struck me the most was the ability of the coach to make a complex and possibly lots of emotions provoking exercise relatively easy to follow. Everything was easy to understand so I could follow the instructions very well but that was due to the safety I felt by the way he was talking to me and giving the guidance/ explanations as we went.
I am amazed that in just one session (perhaps because I’m not entirely new to therapy etc), thanks to the guidance provided I was able to help me uncover such crucial and painful truth of my relationship with my mother and how my mother viewed things as well which helped me to break the “toxic pattern”. For me this was a life changing session with some crucial new insights and breakthroughs.

Community ManagerSome of the sessions were very intense, reaching out into the emotions depth of past traumas which I thought have been addressed earlier, yet the technique and help from my coach helped me experience the emotions (I cried a lot) and speak my thoughts about how I was hurt by behaviour of my previous manager.
The sessions got extra depth because the coach added some theoretical explanation about topics to better understand the subject and its impact, like the theory around different views/glasses you can have on the world.
During the intense conversation in one of the sessions my coach helped me to navigate the emotional experience during the ‘empty chair’ exercise. I thought I already addressed the old traumas during my journey but there was still some work to do here. I am satisfied with the session.
Resurfacing emotional traumas made me aware, that the healing journey will take some time and I am still vulnerable to few external stimuli including certain people/personalities, social gathering. I will be aware not to hide the grief/emotions and take it slow to re-integrate myself at work. The sessions helped me a lot in this process.

Team LeadThe coach had a very open and calm attitude, which really invited me to have a good conversation with him during the exercise “the biographer”. His attitude makes it a very natural conversation in which you as a client feel completely at ease. The coach really knows how to create a very safe setting.
I am very satisfied with the coaching. The techniques used gave me new insights into my life. My coach came across to me as a very experienced counsellor who easily guided me in this conversation. He really remains present in the conversation and moment with attention. I also think it's amazing how he can get to the essence in such a short conversation.
This conversation gave me a beautiful look back on my life, of difficult periods and beautiful periods. The valley periods have shaped me into the person I am today and have given me the necessary life experience that I now use in my life for others. I have become even more aware because of the guidance I got, that I can minimize part of my work as an employee and further expand the other part as a self-employed person. Furthermore, I have the feeling that I am on my way to achieving my life's purpose even more.

Supply Chain Manager & CoachThe coach was very sharp on noticing the impact of the events on me. How an attitude from someone or and action had an impact on my behavior, or he was able to understand my emotions. Calm, very responsive and always looking for the human side.
I am very happy about the program. The coach came across as very capable. I took a 6 months course at a major player in leadership training programs. The training was on ‘how to become a leader’ and I guarantee that this coach has very similar skills as the coaches from those market leaders. He really listened to me and the key focus was on the together part. Together we developed a plan to improve that was also comfortable for me.
I am going to use the advice and guidance I got from my coach and apply on the situations that I see possibilities. We selected some key points and possible opportunities to apply. For example: how to act on a meeting if someone is getting to pushy (that is my allergy). This program added a lot of value for me.

Head of HRThe coach senses a lot naturally and intuitively and uses these things in the conversation. Where he used it, this gave me new insights and depth in the conversation. When I was touched in the conversation by an old, painful part of the past, he dealt with it very familiarly.
My coach helped me to clarify my goal. By listening carefully, summarizing and asking questions to clarify. I felt that the responsibility for achieving my goal really lay with me. Because he gave me the necessary space to think, by allowing silence and asking good questions that made me think again.
Reducing more of employed tasks that give me less energy and that are less of my passion. Focus even more on things that I like, that give me energy and where my passion lies to guide other people. I want to make myself more visible in the outside world step by step. While I remain with compassion and attention to my old, hurt part of the past.

Legal AdvisorEven though I’ve had coaching sessions before and I am not a stranger to therapy/coaching, the most important thing for me at all times (and especially discussing any vulnerable topics) is to feel safe and comfortable, which my coach so wonderful provided from the very first minute.
I had a difficulty to feel more present in the beginning to prep myself for the session, however my coach handled this very well with the grounding exercise at the very beginning of the session. That and his continuous reassurance/calming presence helped me to ground a lot more in my body and thus allow very vulnerable truths to be revealed from my subconscious - especially with the family system exercise.
Laura
HR Business PartnerI was able to be guided very deeply and reach deeper layers of myself and thus, gaining a lot more deeper insights and I felt that it was easy to do as with someone together. We took “one step at a time” and he constantly checked in with myself of how I was feeling every step of the way.
To me I felt it was 10/10 in this session particularly because we went quite deep and he was able to answer whatever questions I had about complex topics and systems. What was potentially helping too and why we were able to go so deep and solve such complex problem is cause this was not the first session with this coach and trust was already built. However for me as an emotional person a very difficult conversation was guided very well and I felt safe every step of the way to be able to look into a very serious issue and eventually solve it.
This was one of the most impactful sessions I’ve had with this coach and in general. wow!

NurseI still cannot fully understand what happened energetically but it really feels different now. I feel lighter and more confident, I even think my connection with my dad just got stronger despite I cut the cord.
The most important thing for me to understand was a deeper look into my family system and understand how not so healthy relationship/connection with my dad was actually affecting me reaching the goal that I have. And that I was afraid to approach that goal and come closer to it because of these unhealthy ties with my dad.
Hadn’t I done this program with this coach, I would never be able to realise that this is why I had these weird setbacks for reaching my goals and Why I was procrastinating.
The guidance of this coach not only helped me to uncover what exactly was holding me back on a very deep level but also energetically cut this cord with my dad - helped me solve this thing so I almost cannot explain it but I stopped feeling all this resistance now!! Which not only I am going to use this knowledge I just gained but also what I gained energetically which I would have never been able to get done without this kinda deep level guidance.
